I want to love this. The bag itself is great. Love all the customizable compartments. Unfortunately the trolley is cheap. It isn’t sturdy enough and it routinely falls to one side while rolling. The handle doesn’t extend far enough if you’re tall. And unlike the picture, the top doesn’t stay open by itself.
